Zaharchenko: Ukraine wants leading a war

Zaharchenko said that Ukraine wanted leading a war; otherwise they would not have shelled us.
Ukrainian part is making a show that they withdraw armament, and they are shelling this time. Our Republic makes all efforts to settle this conflict by peaceful means, we do not want war’, the head of the DPR Alexandr Zaharchenko told at the briefing.
‘I’d like to point out that fulfillment of military points of Minsk agreements are to be reinforced with the work of economic and politic points.
Taking into account the fact that some regulation measures, for instance, questions concerning special status of Donbass or constitutional reform demand long coordination between Kiev from the one side and Donetsk and Lugansk from another side. And we have to start this work immediately’, the head of the republic pointed out.
