Never autoplay videos
A U.S. aircraft carrier was dispatched to the waters off Yemen Monday to join other American ships prepared to block any Iranian weapons shipments to Shiite Houthi rebels fighting in Yemen.
A Navy official confirmed to Fox News that the USS Theodore Roosevelt -- along with her escort ship, the USS Normandy, a guided-missile cruiser -- left the Persian Gulf on Sunday en route for the Arabian Sea, to help enforce the blockade. A massive ship that carries F/A-18 fighter jets, the Roosevelt is seen more of a deterrent and show of force in the region.

on: February 25, 2015
The militias of the DPR’s Army came into Pavlopol and Pischevik, these are the settlements in the southern front, near Mariupol.
They were neutral earlier, and then the fighters of the punitive battalion Azov announced that they started attacking Novoazovsk, that they took Pavlopol, Shirokino and Kominternovo.
Ukrainian occupants came into these settlements and hoisted their flags having used the sharpening situation in Debaltsevo.
Ukrainian Mass Media presented this situation as a great victory, however, when the Army of Novorossia counterattacked Nazis fled.

Shiite Militiamen Rush to Defend Kirkuk from ISIS
Iraq Shiite militias rush to defend oil-rich Kirkuk from IS
By VIVIAN SALAMA and BRAM JANSSEN 1 hour ago
KIRKUK, Iraq (AP) — Shiite prayers billow from a mosque loudspeaker at a sprawling Iraqi military base on the fringes of the northern oil-rich city of Kirkuk as Shiite militiamen, most of them in mismatched military fatigues, shuttle back and forth to nearby front-lines, eager for a taste of victory against the Islamic State group.
When the IS militants blitzed across northern and western Iraq last year, tens of thousands of Shiite men answered a call-to-arms by the country's top Shiite cleric, Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani, to defend the nation against the Sunni extremists.
